At Roundwood Primary School, we are proud to work with Young Carers Bucks who work with young people aged 5-16 who live within Buckinghamshire and have a caring role. They have a brilliant team of dedicated support workers who tailor their approach to suit the needs of the young person they are working with, and tackle anything that rises around their caring role.

At school we support our young carers by meeting as a group so that each carer recognises they are not alone and can spend time with peers who share similar responsibilities. When we meet we just share some downtime with one another, play games, talk and enjoy a snack and drink.
